All courses can be conducted at your workplace premises upon request.
Training and assessment is delivered in partnership with Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909. ERT Group also delivers training and assessment on behalf of Safety Corp Pty Ltd RTO Provider No. 91694.
ERT Group manage and deliver induction training to your staff, contractors and visitors. ERT Group understands Induction training is extremely important as it enables new employees and contractors to become productive as quickly as possible. It can avoid costly mistakes by not knowing the correct procedures and requirements for their new work environment.
This process increases the knowledge and skills to enable them to perform their jobs effectively; outlining the basic overview of the business and its services as well as the environment.

All students undertaking nationally recognised training delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
If more than 7 days’ notice is given a total refund will be given. If less than 7 days’ notice is given then a 50% refund will be made. If less than 24 hrs notice is given then no refund will be given. We are also unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for courses. Changes to class times are allowed, but not within 48 hours of the class
