Our Cat 7 Light Fire Tanker is a 1996 Mitsubishi Canter that is in excellent condition mechanically and physically. This fire tanker was originally designed by the Queensland Rural Fire Service. This vehicle was in use by the Queensland Rural Fire Service until ERT Rescue Group purchased this in January 2019.
Since purchase, this vehicle has been resprayed from the former yellow of QFES to white to match in with our light fleet.
This Tanker is fit for purpose as a bush fire tanker for bush fires, grass fires, hazard reduction burning and pile burns. The Cat 7 Light Fire Tanker is mine site specification approved.
